Nutrition
Have you ever heard the saying “Let food be thy medicine” -Hippocrates?
Food costs may be high, but the balance on the receipt is much nicer than a bill from the doctor. Nutrition is the foundation of health. If you want to live free from disease, have balanced hormones, great gut health, a fast metabolism, and longevity in life, you need to know what to eat for YOUR body.
People who learn the art of eating what their body needs, find food freedom and confidence. I believe a whole-food diet is optimal, but it doesn’t have to be restrictive. I will help you learn how to eat based on what your body needs, and the value it can add to your life!
Training
We all want a better, stronger, leaner, fat-burning body. Lifting weights is the best way to add muscle and boost metabolism. I combine strength training with steady-state and high-intensity cardio to give you the best results possible. My role is to encourage you past your limits, help you find strength you didn’t know you had, and challenge you to NEVER QUIT.
Community
One of the biggest game changers is accountability. Rarely do people want to do things alone. Become your best self, supported by a small group of people who have similar goals. Fitness and nutrition outcomes are more easily reached when others are there to support you. Community breeds accountability, challenge and friendship.
Pair up with a friend or meet new ones at a time that suits you best. In a community, you are never alone. You always have someone to support your efforts and push you to the next level.
